How is pricing structured?

It depends on scope and complexity. Strategy Sprints are fixed-fee. Build projects are typically fixed-price with milestones. Advisory retainers are monthly. We'll give you a clear proposal after understanding your specific needs — no surprises.

Can we start with a Strategy Sprint and then move to Build?

That's the most common path. The Sprint gives you a clear blueprint, and if we move forward together, the Sprint investment is credited toward the build project.

Who does the actual work?

Our founder Samir Joshi leads every engagement as the principal architect. For larger projects, we bring in vetted specialists from our network while Samir remains the technical lead and your primary point of contact.

What industries do you work with?

Our deepest recent experience is in healthcare and legal/compliance, but the underlying patterns — secure cloud architecture, data platform engineering, production AI deployment — apply across industries.
