Solution & Approach

We implemented an internal chatbot that gives sales teams instant, accurate answers by intelligently searching and synthesizing information from the full internal document library. Built on Azure OpenAI with a document search pipeline, the system indexes all product documentation and returns contextually relevant answers with source citations. The React-based interface integrates into the team's existing workflow, and the system continuously improves as new documents are added.
